Company Overview

The NuVision Enterprise Group, LLC. (NEG), founded in 1989, was formed as a holding company for real estate properties. As the expansion of NEG continued, so did the need for building partnerships within the construction and real estate trades. During the development of this stage of operations, it became very clear that outsourcing was a full time job for one of the partners. As the years progressed the relationships were developed, and complex company’s goals set to bring the firm to the next level. Our next sights were to aim on becoming a self-sufficient organization handling all of our own building maintenance needs within NEG.

Today, through three separate, yet cohesive divisions, NEG provides professional facility maintenance services for the public and private sector clients statewide. Our companies are: (NEG Building Services, Inc., NEG Integrated Facility Services, Inc., and NEG Landscaping Services, Inc.).

The Company’s markets of focus include Corporate Campuses, Municipal & Civil Institutions, Manufacturing, Administrative Facilities, Medical, High-Tech Universities, Distribution Plants, Educational Institutions, and Single and Multi-Tenant Facilities. Services span the complete life cycle of all Awarded Contracts, including transitional planning, scheduling, quality control, safety awareness & training, communicational programs, and sustainable auditing processes.

With a history and experience that spans some 28 years, the people of NEG are dedicated to playing an ever-expanding role in the life and growth of our company.
