NEG has been awarded a contract with one of the Region’s largest management firms. Services are to begin first of the year at various properties up and down the valley. Part of the bundled service package includes window cleaning, pressure washing, building restoration, calcium maintenance, and water recovery management.

Services: General Maintenance & Repairs, 24 Hour Emergency Service.

State Department chooses NEG as their vendor of choice for Maintenance services. As part of a restructuring and cost reduction NEG was the lowest bidder for the State work. Part of the bundled service package includes general maintenance & repairs, plumbing, painting, and day porter services.

Services: Landscaping, Pressure Washing, Building Maintenance, 24 Hour Emergency Service.

Local Developer awards NEG with landscaping contract. In an attempt to get better control of their landscaping services this local developer decides to downsize from three vendors and award one vendor all six properties. NEG’s presentation package was the deciding factor that showed continuous improvement programs that are implemented on all projects. Part of the bundled service package includes installations, irrigation management, landscape maintenance, day porter, sweeping services.
